Reclaim Strength, Confidence, and Control

Pelvic floor issues can affect women at all stages of life—from pregnancy to postpartum to menopause. At Vertex PT Specialists in Cayce, we offer one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to help women overcome pain, leakage, pressure, or weakness—without surgery or medications.

What Is Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy?

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy is a specialized form of physical therapy that targets the muscles, fascia, and nerves in and around the pelvis. Treatment combines strength and stability exercises, postural retraining, manual therapy, and lifestyle modifications to address both symptoms and root causes.

It’s about much more than Kegels—our approach is full-body, functional, and based on your unique needs.

Common Conditions We Treat

We work with women dealing with:

  • Pregnancy-related pelvic pain
  • Postpartum urinary incontinence
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Age-related urinary leakage
  • Pelvic heaviness or pressure
  • Diastasis recti and core dysfunction

You don’t have to “just live with it.” Pelvic floor dysfunction is common, but it’s treatable—with the right help.
