I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Vertex PT Specialists – 12th Street. I started working with my physical therapist, Tori, back in November, and she has been absolutely outstanding every step of the way. Over the winter, she helped rehab my lower body, focusing heavily on mobility and isolation techniques that were specifically tailored to my needs. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I saw real, meaningful improvement. One of the standout features of Vertex is the facility itself — it's spacious, well-equipped, and offers plenty of room for exercises that most PT centers simply don’t have the space to accommodate. This environment has made a huge difference in my rehabilitation journey, allowing me to work on a wider range of movements and techniques. I recently returned to continue working with Tori, this time focusing on my back and shoulders. Once again, she has gone above and beyond. Her personalized approach has not only made me stronger and more mobile, but she's also given me the tools and knowledge to build better posture and long-term body health. Tori is empathetic, encouraging, and keeps each session fast-paced and productive — a rare and refreshing combination. The staff here is impressive, and not simply because they’re knowledgeable, but mainly because they genuinely care about your well-being. I primarily worked with Erin who was nothing short of incredible. She took a very tailored approach to my care and adjusted my exercises and workouts as needed based on our conversations and her professional observations. I was definitely skeptical of physical therapy when I began, but I can confidently say that with real professionals like the staff at Vertex, you will definitely get better.

July 12, 2023Vertex PT Specialists is an exceptional place to obtain structured physical therapy. This was my first experience in trying physical therapy to address my lower back issues which had not responded well to other treatments. I worked with Brandon who is incredibly knowledgeable and a great listener. His targeted therapy plan and his caring approach helped keep me motivated. All of the staff at Vertex are welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this facility and especially Brandon. Vertex PT is the real deal.

July 12, 2024I have been coming to Vertex since February to pre-hab an ACL rupture and rehab (until at least next February) after the surgery. Primarily, I have worked with Brandon, but I have also worked with many of the other PTs. Everyone I have worked with is awesome, attentive, and caring. Brandon even gave me his energy drink once because I wasn't able to get one before coming in that morning. If you are considering PT for any reason this is the place to go!

I have been going to Vertex PT Specialists in Cayce for the last couple of years for various issues, last year for "pre-hab" prior to total joint hip replacement, and rehab following surgery, and recently for a pinched nerve in my neck. I have worked with Drs. Brandon Vaughn, Sydney Vanlandingham, Katie Bailey, and Kilian Daughtry. Each therapist is excellent, a good listener and communicator, empathetic, and motivating. I was very comfortable working with each of them, and highly recommend all of them. The front desk staff are also great to work with, very responsive.

April 12, 2025My personal experience with Vertex PT was outstanding. I spend more than 6 months at Vertex PT Specialist and received treatments from Dr. Mara Argyriou. Not only the staffs were fun and awesome, they were also very professional and will make sure that everyone is taking care of. Dr. Argyriou were extremely helpful, insightful, caring, and listen to any issue I have. She comes up with a treatment and exercise that improves my recovery. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for great therapy and an awesome team.

Carly and Erin have both taken great care of me each and every week. They’re flexible with my schedule and attentive to my care. I will continue to praise them and Vertex for as long as I can. August 12, 2024Vertex is fantastic! Dr. Vaughn has helped me with several issues over the years. My pain has always improved and I feel stronger when finishing my PT sessions. Currently he is helping me recover from rotator cuff surgery and my doctor even stated how well I am progressing! Would not want to go anywhere else!

I highly recommend Vertex PT to anyone that needs physical therapy after a surgery. In my case, I underwent a pretty serious shoulder surgery, and was in physical therapy for about 5 months. The attention to detail and genuine care I experienced at Vertex was amazing. Tori and Killian were my main PTs - they were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and I looked forward to seeing them every week. They helped me recover safely, efficiently, and pushed me to get stronger too. In my opinion, 1 on 1 physical therapy is therapy is the way to go, and if I ever need physical therapy again, I’ll be sure put myself back on the schedule with them. You’re in good hands at Vertex!!!
