July 12, 2024The decision to go to Vertex has been terrific for my health and my mental outlook. I gained strength, better balance, more energy and focus. I regained flexibility and cardio capacity that I sorely lacked from a sedentary lifestyle. My PT was Thomas DeHaven, who directed movement and always encouraged me, and helped me to push forward. All of the staff were friendly and supportive. The facility is first rate and kept very clean. At 72 years old, I have a new outlook and want to continue working on improving my condition. July 12, 2024My experience with Vertex PT Specialists was great. I started my therapy on May 02, 2023. I went in with sciatica nerve pain in my lower back and the pain was moving down in my left hip, and lower leg. I could barely walk. By the end of my first visit I felt so much better. Each therapy session was little challenging but each made me felt much better when I left to go home. "No pain, no gain!" I had my last session on June 26, 2023 and I feel great.Thanks to both therapist Mara and Anna. They are great. They were professional, kind and caring. They helped me to get back to doing task and things I love to do. I would recommend Vertex to others. Thanks, Vertex

July 12, 2023Vertex is fantastic! Dr. Vaughn has helped me with several issues over the years. My pain has always improved and I feel stronger when finishing my PT sessions. Currently he is helping me recover from rotator cuff surgery and my doctor even stated how well I am progressing! Would not want to go anywhere else!

It was such a great experience coming here to rehabilitate my shoulder. The staff are so welcoming and excellent at what they do. Erin worked with me to help achieve my goals by creating specific workout routines to get me where I needed in a matter of weeks so I could come back to playing tennis. She encourages you to challenge yourself, but always prioritizes the recovery first. All of the staff create an awesome, fun environment with a wide range of equipment to target your needs. I recommend them to everyone!

July 12, 2024If you are ambitious enough to go all-out at a trampoline park after age 30, at least be smart enough to have these guys on speed dial. While struggling to recover from a gnarly ankle injury, a friend told me about Brandon at Vertex PT. From the first phone call I made to their office, every interaction I had with their employees was pleasant. As an active duty service member who enjoys working out, they got me back to where I needed and wanted to be. 10/10 experience

The staff here is impressive, and not simply because they’re knowledgeable, but mainly because they genuinely care about your well-being. I primarily worked with Erin who was nothing short of incredible. She took a very tailored approach to my care and adjusted my exercises and workouts as needed based on our conversations and her professional observations. I was definitely skeptical of physical therapy when I began, but I can confidently say that with real professionals like the staff at Vertex, you will definitely get better.

These guys are fantastic. All the staff treat each other and their patients like family, very accommodating with times and scheduling, and most importantly, they take the time to ensure the patient is cared for, and healed. Highly recommend!

April 12, 2025I came to therapy unable to walk without limping and unable to sleep in anything but a recliner. I can now walk, sit, kneel and stand without pain. My balance has improved exponentially as well as my confidence. The level of caring and expertise is on a higher level than I have ever experienced in physical therapy. I will never be able to thank them enough for regaining function and the ability to have back daily quality of life.
