When I showed up for my first visit for help with my back I struggled to walk through the door. Josh worked with me and tailored a treatment plan that got me back on my feet. The decision to go to Vertex has been terrific for my health and my mental outlook. I gained strength, better balance, more energy and focus. I regained flexibility and cardio capacity that I sorely lacked from a sedentary lifestyle. My PT was Thomas DeHaven, who directed movement and always encouraged me, and helped me to push forward. All of the staff were friendly and supportive. The facility is first rate and kept very clean. At 72 years old, I have a new outlook and want to continue working on improving my condition. If you’re looking for physical therapy, GO HERE!! Appointments are one-on-one so you get the full attention of your therapist and the atmosphere is great and supportive. I am so happy with my results following MPFL reconstruction surgery. I came in the first day deeply worried I would always be held back by my knee, and today I was discharged with my surgery knee even stronger than the unaffected knee. Erin Hodell is the best physical therapist ever and I would highly recommend her! I would give Vertex 10 stars if I could.

I recently finished around 3 months of physical therapy here. The staff here is impressive, and not simply because they’re knowledgeable, but mainly because they genuinely care about your well-being. I primarily worked with Erin who was nothing short of incredible. She took a very tailored approach to my care and adjusted my exercises and workouts as needed based on our conversations and her professional observations. I was definitely skeptical of physical therapy when I began, but I can confidently say that with real professionals like the staff at Vertex, you will definitely get better.

Words can’t express my gratitude towards Vertex PT Specialists and my PT, Adam Bilodeau. Hands down the best Physical Therapy Clinic you’ll ever go to. I wish I could give them more stars! The PTs there are extremely knowledgeable, care about their patients, keep a very clean clinic, and have a strength based approach. Unlike other places, Vertex has a real gym where your PT will help with proper movement. Not many places have that. That really shows they’re gonna get you back on track! I came here due to a back issue and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Adam went above and beyond. He broke down my deadlifts, snatches, and cleans for me so well. My issue was the first pull of my lift and bracing my core. He recorded my lifts, showed me my error, taught me how to fix it, and literally healed me! I have learned so much from this place and have recommended it ANY time someone mentions they have pain or might need PT. This is THE place to go! They help out all ages and this is the ONLY Physical Therapy place I would trust with my parents and grandparents. I know they are in good hands here. Go check them out!

I absolutely love Vertex Physical Therapy! Every physical therapist is completely phenomenal. They have such a welcoming and compassionate environment. They are extraordinary and exceptional in all of their hard work.

I have been going to Vertex PT Specialists in Cayce for the last couple of years for various issues, last year for "pre-hab" prior to total joint hip replacement, and rehab following surgery, and recently for a pinched nerve in my neck. I have worked with Drs. Brandon Vaughn, Sydney Vanlandingham, Katie Bailey, and Kilian Daughtry. Each therapist is excellent, a good listener and communicator, empathetic, and motivating. I was very comfortable working with each of them, and highly recommend all of them. The front desk staff are also great to work with, very responsive.

Vertex is an awesome PT facility. I just completed my 3rd PT series and would highly recommend this business. Kilian is an excellent PT - just starting out with his career. He has a great ‘bedside’ manner, and is very caring and attentive.
