I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Vertex PT Specialists – 12th Street. I started working with my physical therapist, Tori, back in November, and she has been absolutely outstanding every step of the way. Over the winter, she helped rehab my lower body, focusing heavily on mobility and isolation techniques that were specifically tailored to my needs. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I saw real, meaningful improvement. One of the standout features of Vertex is the facility itself — it's spacious, well-equipped, and offers plenty of room for exercises that most PT centers simply don’t have the space to accommodate. This environment has made a huge difference in my rehabilitation journey, allowing me to work on a wider range of movements and techniques. I recently returned to continue working with Tori, this time focusing on my back and shoulders. Once again, she has gone above and beyond. Her personalized approach has not only made me stronger and more mobile, but she's also given me the tools and knowledge to build better posture and long-term body health. Tori is empathetic, encouraging, and keeps each session fast-paced and productive — a rare and refreshing combination. I would highly recommend Tori and the entire team at Vertex PT Specialists to anyone looking for a PT clinic that truly cares about your progress and overall well-being. They are top-notch professionals, and I'm grateful to have found them.

My son had a hamstring strain that recurred when he tried to return to sprinting on the field and it cost him most of his lacrosse season. We ended up seeing Brandon Vaughn at Vertex thinking active release treatment. Brandon quickly identified that ART wouldn’t benefit him and found a strength deficit In the hamstring(hip extension v. knee flexion). Brandon set up a strength and stretching program to get him back to normal. He also worked with him on sprinting drills and helped him progress to pain free sprinting. He gave him a plan to help keep him injury free in the future. If you (or your child) need help returning to the field or court I cannot recommend Brandon enough.

Vertex PT has been a wonderful experience for me thus far. I was in a car accident (rear ended by an 18 wheeler, ouch!). Carly and Erin have both taken great care of me each and every week. They’re flexible with my schedule and attentive to my care. I will continue to praise them and Vertex for as long as I can. I saw Dr Vaughn who was very thorough examining me, getting a very detailed history of my issues, and telling me what to expect going forward. Great experience all around. Vertex PT Specialists is an exceptional place to obtain structured physical therapy. This was my first experience in trying physical therapy to address my lower back issues which had not responded well to other treatments. I worked with Brandon who is incredibly knowledgeable and a great listener. His targeted therapy plan and his caring approach helped keep me motivated. All of the staff at Vertex are welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this facility and especially Brandon. Vertex PT is the real deal.

I came to therapy unable to walk without limping and unable to sleep in anything but a recliner. I can now walk, sit, kneel and stand without pain. My balance has improved exponentially as well as my confidence. The level of caring and expertise is on a higher level than I have ever experienced in physical therapy. I will never be able to thank them enough for regaining function and the ability to have back daily quality of life.
