We film your running mechanics from multiple angles using high-speed video. You’ll receive frame-by-frame feedback on:

  • Arm swing symmetry and timing

This isn’t a generic screen—it’s detailed analysis by a licensed physical therapist.

Movement & Strength Testing

  • Single-leg control
  • Hip and core strength
  • Ankle mobility and foot posture
  • Dynamic movements like squats, step-downs, and hops

Technique Coaching & Corrective Planning

After identifying key issues, we’ll walk you through:
