Vertex PT Specialists is an exceptional place to obtain structured physical therapy. This was my first experience in trying physical therapy to address my lower back issues which had not responded well to other treatments. I worked with Brandon who is incredibly knowledgeable and a great listener. His targeted therapy plan and his caring approach helped keep me motivated. All of the staff at Vertex are welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this facility and especially Brandon. Vertex PT is the real deal.

I recently finished around 3 months of physical therapy here. The staff here is impressive, and not simply because they’re knowledgeable, but mainly because they genuinely care about your well-being. I primarily worked with Erin who was nothing short of incredible. She took a very tailored approach to my care and adjusted my exercises and workouts as needed based on our conversations and her professional observations. I was definitely skeptical of physical therapy when I began, but I can confidently say that with real professionals like the staff at Vertex, you will definitely get better.

Could not be more pleased with the experience and the style of PT. Adam did a great job and got me back in the gym lifting pain free. The style of the PT is what I enjoyed the most. Training like an athlete instead of just moving bands around is how it was approached and it’s a much more enjoyable and better approach to the therapy and recovery process. Overall great experience, great people, and highly satisfied with everything.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Vertex PT Specialists – 12th Street. I started working with my physical therapist, Tori, back in November, and she has been absolutely outstanding every step of the way. Over the winter, she helped rehab my lower body, focusing heavily on mobility and isolation techniques that were specifically tailored to my needs. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I saw real, meaningful improvement. One of the standout features of Vertex is the facility itself — it's spacious, well-equipped, and offers plenty of room for exercises that most PT centers simply don’t have the space to accommodate. This environment has made a huge difference in my rehabilitation journey, allowing me to work on a wider range of movements and techniques. I recently returned to continue working with Tori, this time focusing on my back and shoulders. Once again, she has gone above and beyond. Her personalized approach has not only made me stronger and more mobile, but she's also given me the tools and knowledge to build better posture and long-term body health. Tori is empathetic, encouraging, and keeps each session fast-paced and productive — a rare and refreshing combination. I would highly recommend Tori and the entire team at Vertex PT Specialists to anyone looking for a PT clinic that truly cares about your progress and overall well-being. Vertex is an awesome PT facility. I just completed my 3rd PT series and would highly recommend this business. Kilian is an excellent PT - just starting out with his career. He has a great ‘bedside’ manner, and is very caring and attentive.

Having Dr. Brandon Vaughan at Vertex PT take care of me was more than wonderful. His experience, care and manner in which he evaluated me and then helped me help myself was awesome. I have told many people if you have issues, go to Vertex.

If you’re looking for physical therapy, GO HERE!! Appointments are one-on-one so you get the full attention of your therapist and the atmosphere is great and supportive. I am so happy with my results following MPFL reconstruction surgery. I came in the first day deeply worried I would always be held back by my knee, and today I was discharged with my surgery knee even stronger than the unaffected knee. Erin Hodell is the best physical therapist ever and I would highly recommend her! I would give Vertex 10 stars if I could.
