Highly recommend Vertex PT Specialists in Cayce for all your injury rehabilitation needs. Brandon and his staff are the best. They don’t play around and give you the best care and expertise. I will not go to any other physical therapy facility. Vertex PT has not failed me and they are my Go-To for all my injuries. They give you 1-1 consultation and work with you the entire hour session. The goal is to help you leave better than before the injury. I had a hip nerve entrapment that caused a great deal of discomfort and pain when I sat, drove, bent down, went up the stairs or rode a bicycle. The only thing that provided relief was lying down or standing. My rehabilitation started off with using a band to open up my hip nerve that made a huge difference to building up the hip mobility and strengthening the hip area. As my hip improved, Brandon started incorporating the barbell lifts that I was doing before the hip injury. Each week, Brandon asked me how my week was, am I having any issues. We walked through them and discussed what I was doing and how to improve it. Then he would add in some movements or strength workouts to build up the hip area. The duration of my rehabilitation was 9 months to get me back to where I could function at 100% and continue with my gym workouts and my barbell lifts, like deadlifts and back squats, without any significant issues. Throughout my rehabilitation, Brandon would reassess me from time to time to see where my hip needed some attention and how much I improved. On my last day of PT, I was back up to deadlifting 165lbs and back squatting 85lbs. These were huge accomplishments considering where I came from with a bad hip nerve entrapment to lifting heavier than I have done in two years. I did better in these areas with the help of Vertex PT than I did before my hip injury. I actually looked forward to my PT sessions at Vertex PT. It's a fun place with people who truly care about your recovery and applaud you along the way.

I recently finished around 3 months of physical therapy here. The staff here is impressive, and not simply because they’re knowledgeable, but mainly because they genuinely care about your well-being. I primarily worked with Erin who was nothing short of incredible. She took a very tailored approach to my care and adjusted my exercises and workouts as needed based on our conversations and her professional observations. I was definitely skeptical of physical therapy when I began, but I can confidently say that with real professionals like the staff at Vertex, you will definitely get better.

I have been going to Vertex in Cayce for several months to rehab my knee and shoulder. The team at Vertex is very thorough with their program and will push you to leave better than you arrived. Brandon is awesome! I came in with hip pain that was getting in the way of my lifting and staying active. He quickly figured out what was going on and helped me get back to moving pain-free. I really appreciate that he focused on getting me to discharge day quickly—not just keeping me as a patient. Vertex is fantastic. The staff is knowledgeable, super friendly, and goes out of their way to make sure that their patients are well taken care of. My primary therapist was Josh and he was great. The one-on-one therapy helped immensely and really made me feel like there was a personal investment in my recovery. Hopefully I won’t need any major physical therapy again, but if I do I’m choosing vertex!
