I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Vertex PT Specialists – 12th Street. I started working with my physical therapist, Tori, back in November, and she has been absolutely outstanding every step of the way. Over the winter, she helped rehab my lower body, focusing heavily on mobility and isolation techniques that were specifically tailored to my needs. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I saw real, meaningful improvement. One of the standout features of Vertex is the facility itself — it's spacious, well-equipped, and offers plenty of room for exercises that most PT centers simply don’t have the space to accommodate. This environment has made a huge difference in my rehabilitation journey, allowing me to work on a wider range of movements and techniques. I recently returned to continue working with Tori, this time focusing on my back and shoulders. Once again, she has gone above and beyond. Her personalized approach has not only made me stronger and more mobile, but she's also given me the tools and knowledge to build better posture and long-term body health. Tori is empathetic, encouraging, and keeps each session fast-paced and productive — a rare and refreshing combination. I have been going to Vertex PT Specialists in Cayce for the last couple of years for various issues, last year for "pre-hab" prior to total joint hip replacement, and rehab following surgery, and recently for a pinched nerve in my neck. I have worked with Drs. Brandon Vaughn, Sydney Vanlandingham, Katie Bailey, and Kilian Daughtry. Each therapist is excellent, a good listener and communicator, empathetic, and motivating. I was very comfortable working with each of them, and highly recommend all of them. The front desk staff are also great to work with, very responsive.

I’m very active in the gym and I’ve had a hamstring strain for almost a year. I have literally tired everything you could think of to cure my issue, a chiropractor, another PT place and my doctor recommended this place to me. I was hesitant at first since I already had a bad experience with PT but Killian at Vertex PT knows his stuff and was very informative. He gave me multiple exercises to do that helped me tremendously along with dry needling which was a game changer for the tightness and pain in my hamstring. If you’re looking for good quality 1 on 1 physical therapy I can’t recommend this place enough. Save your time and money by coming here and they’ll take care of you. Thanks again Killian and the staff at PT for making this process way less depressing and boring. (Only tip I’d say is to make sure to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior (if you need to) as there is a late cancellation fee).

My personal experience with Vertex PT was outstanding. I spend more than 6 months at Vertex PT Specialist and received treatments from Dr. Mara Argyriou. Not only the staffs were fun and awesome, they were also very professional and will make sure that everyone is taking care of. Dr. Argyriou were extremely helpful, insightful, caring, and listen to any issue I have. She comes up with a treatment and exercise that improves my recovery. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for great therapy and an awesome team.

Vertex is an awesome PT facility. I just completed my 3rd PT series and would highly recommend this business. Kilian is an excellent PT - just starting out with his career. He has a great ‘bedside’ manner, and is very caring and attentive.

As a distance runner who had to go back to physical therapy due to an injury related to a previous running injury, I was wildly impressed with Vertex PT Specialists and how they treated my injury. Thomas DeHaven was my PT and did a great job of figuring out the source of my pain and building a rehabilitation program to get me out running within a few months. He’s also the first PT I have had who is also a runner, and he was great about teaching me how to balance my running with other exercises. This place depends heavily on improving the strength using the body’s center of gravity rather than using machines, which I believe is better for long-term rehabilitation. The clinic is clean and welcoming, the atmosphere is friendly, and everyone there seems really happy.

I could not be more pleased with the results I have had working with Erin to alleviate hip and lower back pain. The Vertex staff are all friendly. The PT specialists are well qualified, knowledgeable and encouraging. The facility is clean, bright and spacious and has plenty of equipment to provide a variety of options to address all physical therapy issues. I highly recommend Vertex as the best place to go any time you need physical therapy.

I truly enjoy my pt visits at Vertex. My specialist (Tori) is so upbeat and engaging that she makes you want to work as hard as possible. I actually look forward to my sessions with her.
