This is a top-notch PT clinic. You'll work with a skilled and knowledgeable Doctor of Physical Therapy every session, and he or she will figure out your problem, help you resolve it, and show you ways to prevent it in the future. The clinic environment is very positive - even though people are doing serious work, the staff keeps it upbeat and encouraging. I worked with Dr. Bilodeau, and he is excellent. If you're in the Midlands of SC and need PT care, I highly recommend Vertex.

First of all this is my second staff of a Physical Therapy team. My first location was great but this team not only help me but they made me feel so welcome with each visit. My PT Erin gave me her undivided attention she didn’t waste my time nor hers. We worked from start to finish with each appointment; she would email links with videos for each activity we did and she left an open door opportunity for me to contact her if I needed her assistance. Vertex PT professionalism and dedication is an amazing experience.

I had two knee surgeries earlier this year, and before we could even get to August, I’m back with little to no pain thanks to the talented trainers here. I couldn’t have come back as quick or as effective without Vertex! Edit: I recently had to come back for a bicep injury. Once again, a process that was supposed to take 6-10 weeks only took 4 weeks. Killian and co crush it everyday here, wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

These guys are fantastic. All the staff treat each other and their patients like family, very accommodating with times and scheduling, and most importantly, they take the time to ensure the patient is cared for, and healed. Highly recommend!

My experience with Vertex PT Specialists was great. I started my therapy on May 02, 2023. I went in with sciatica nerve pain in my lower back and the pain was moving down in my left hip, and lower leg. I could barely walk. By the end of my first visit I felt so much better. Each therapy session was little challenging but each made me felt much better when I left to go home. "No pain, no gain!" I had my last session on June 26, 2023 and I feel great.Thanks to both therapist Mara and Anna. They are great. They were professional, kind and caring. They helped me to get back to doing task and things I love to do. I would recommend Vertex to others. Thanks, Vertex

The decision to go to Vertex has been terrific for my health and my mental outlook. I gained strength, better balance, more energy and focus. I regained flexibility and cardio capacity that I sorely lacked from a sedentary lifestyle. My PT was Thomas DeHaven, who directed movement and always encouraged me, and helped me to push forward. All of the staff were friendly and supportive. The facility is first rate and kept very clean. At 72 years old, I have a new outlook and want to continue working on improving my condition.
