I have been coming to Vertex since February to pre-hab an ACL rupture and rehab (until at least next February) after the surgery. Primarily, I have worked with Brandon, but I have also worked with many of the other PTs. Everyone I have worked with is awesome, attentive, and caring. Brandon even gave me his energy drink once because I wasn't able to get one before coming in that morning. If you are considering PT for any reason this is the place to go!

First of all this is my second staff of a Physical Therapy team. My first location was great but this team not only help me but they made me feel so welcome with each visit. My PT Erin gave me her undivided attention she didn’t waste my time nor hers. We worked from start to finish with each appointment; she would email links with videos for each activity we did and she left an open door opportunity for me to contact her if I needed her assistance. Vertex PT professionalism and dedication is an amazing experience.

I had a fractured right wrist and right rotator cuff syndrome, the pain in the shoulder was the worst ever! After a little over 3 months of therapy, a few weeks off here and there for vacation, I finished today. Pain, Tylenol, no sleep, gone! Kilian was great, explained everything, demonstrated when I was unsure, encouraged and pushed me just enough to succeed. Highly recommend for anyone who needs PT, thanks to this great team!

Vertex is fantastic! Dr. Vaughn has helped me with several issues over the years. My pain has always improved and I feel stronger when finishing my PT sessions. Currently he is helping me recover from rotator cuff surgery and my doctor even stated how well I am progressing! Would not want to go anywhere else!

I have been going to Vertex PT Specialists in Cayce for the last couple of years for various issues, last year for "pre-hab" prior to total joint hip replacement, and rehab following surgery, and recently for a pinched nerve in my neck. I have worked with Drs. Brandon Vaughn, Sydney Vanlandingham, Katie Bailey, and Kilian Daughtry. Each therapist is excellent, a good listener and communicator, empathetic, and motivating. I was very comfortable working with each of them, and highly recommend all of them. The front desk staff are also great to work with, very responsive.

I have been through multiple rehabs at different places, and Thomas was right there with the best. The staff here is smart, progressive,and willing to do whatever is necessary to help there clients achieve their goals. I would highly recommend them!

I have been going to Vertex in Cayce for several months to rehab my knee and shoulder. The team at Vertex is very thorough with their program and will push you to leave better than you arrived. Everyone at the facility is a wonderful, caring, enthusiastic, fun bunch of people. I especially wanna throw out a huge thank you to Tory (my PT) who has been there for me the entire time supplying me with the knowledge to continue my strength training and become a stronger me.
