Strength & Conditioning: In the Clinic – May 18-19, 2019. Cayce, SC

The two-day course is designed to help the clinician increase his or her practical knowledge of strength and conditioning principles to improve confidence in exercise prescription and address the current lack of loading in the clinical setting. The course will cover topics including but not limited to parameters for building strength and hypertrophy, the importance and current lack of conditioning in PT, fitness assessments and strength/stability testing, workload/volume management and basic periodization concepts, and case studies and current evidence-based protocols to help equip you to immediately implement the information learned from the course in the clinic.
